Corporate nutrition speaker, supporting team productivity and workplace wellbeing.

All talks are delivered with a hefty portion of realism and lightly seasoned with a pinch of rebellion.

With over 30 years of experience in corporate and keynote speaking, I motivate my audience to look at diet from a fresh perspective.

I use my passion for nutrition, my non-judgemental attitude and sensitivity to individual differences, to transform the way my audience thinks about food.

Talks available in person and online.

Why is nutrition important for corporate organisations?

Nutrition affects physical health but also underpins wellbeing, mood and focus. It can help create the conditions where people and teams show up to work at their best: Performing under pressure, thinking clearly, communicating effectively and collaborating efficiently.

Performance is inherently human.

If employees and leaders can find tools to reduce stress, burnout and fatigue, the business will benefit: Less sick days, more energy, resilience, motivation and engagement. This ultimately means increased productivity, job satisfaction and retention.

“Brilliant content and fantastic delivery, I’d recommend Helen for any business who puts the health and wellbeing of their employees first. A powerful and impactful session.

Your team will come away with clarity, knowing who to trust in an ever changing food environment. They will find a new relationship with food that is realistic and not overwhelming. Most importantly, they will take away simple, practical tips they can actually use to change their eating habits and create a more positive mindset around food.

“The event went down amazingly well and I’ve received only positive feedback. Helen provided insights and recommendations which were all realistic and positive, as opposed to scary scientific facts. She explained how we should be adding more to our diet, rather than suppressing and removing elements we love – just a perfect, well-received message! Would highly recommend!

Hiring a keynote speaker is so much more than ticking boxes on the employee wellness budget. An inspirational speaker is an investment to make lasting change for your people, which will ultimately benefit the business.

Everyone with busy working lives struggles with aspects of food, meal planning and eating behaviour, so my talks are highly relevant and make a significant impact, long after the event.

“The session raised so much more interest than I originally thought it would. Weeks after, the discussion about diet is still happening and references back to the session are still being made. It exceeded all my expectations and I know that since the session many of the team have taken on board and implemented some of the small changes that were discussed.

My speaker style is professional and sensitive, yet slightly rebellious.

Passionate, with colourful life experience and a down-to-earth manner, I will deliver a knowledgeable, trustworthy and engaging talk to your organisation, to simplify the science and embed it into real life.

“The team really enjoyed the session and it was very obvious how passionate and knowledgeable you are regarding nutrition, but at the same time, I think you are very mindful of the “real” world... The session was very insightful and from the questions which were being posed, it was obvious that the team were engaged and interested in the session.”

All my talks are interactive and indeed the Q&A is often the most lively and interesting part of a corporate wellbeing speaker session!

In a world where people are increasingly using social media and AI to answer their nutrition questions, your employees are likely to be confused by conflicting nutritional misinformation. They want to know what is a fact and what is a fad. Understandably, they want answers, but it is difficult to know who to trust.

Research shows that the majority of nutritional information produced is misleading. In some cases, misinformation can actually be harmful, both physically and psychologically.

I personally guarantee #ScienceNotFiction.

Booking me as an in person nutrition speaker UK, or for an online nutrition talk for staff, will ensure your attendees have the rare opportunity to ask their questions to a real human expert.

A Registered Nutritionist is a trustworthy person to unpick the evidence. I am different to speakers who may be passionate about nutrition, but not sufficiently qualified.

No question is black or white.

Science matters. Context matters. Nuance matters.

My Q&A delivers all of these.

“Lots of questions from the employees and interest in the topic and follow up. Helen dispelled many food myths and gave us some great tips on how to incorporate healthy eating into our own lives.”

Who are the best wellness speakers for corporate events?

Everyone has to eat, every day, but this does not make everyone an expert.

People with personal experience of losing weight or having cancer aren’t automatically nutrition experts, neither are celebrities, influencers, fitness professionals and even doctors and scientists. These people are very often well meaning and passionate, but this does not mean they are qualified to give public health advice.

A Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), such as myself, can deliver trustworthy corporate nutrition workshops that are not only engaging but crucially, relevant to all, because we all have to eat.
