In a world where people are increasingly using social media and AI to answer their nutrition questions, you may be confused by conflicting, nutritional misinformation. You want answers to your questions/problems, but it is difficult to know who to trust.

Research shows that the majority of nutritional information produced is misleading. In some cases, misinformation can actually be harmful, both physically and psychologically.

All my talks are interactive and indeed the Q&A is often the most lively and interesting part of a group coaching session!
