Group Nutrition Coaching

As a Registered Nutritionist, I deliver group coaching in two settings:

An 8 week course to change your emotional relationship with food.

One hour workshops on a variety of relevant topics, from menopause to ADHD to sugar addiction to meal planning and more.

Why I specialise in group nutrition sessions, rather than 1:1 consultations

My experience has shown me that in an environment where you feel connected, the sense of community and shared purpose drives you towards your goals. You are therefore much more likely to succeed in changing your eating behaviour.

Kindness, respect and inclusivity are at the core of each group session. I create a safe space where every member of the group can be honest and share experiences without judgement. This provides a deep level of mutual support, encouragement and understanding, which increases momentum, motivation and crucially, shared accountability.

My coaching style is thoughtful, calm, intelligent, well-mannnered and open-minded, with a touch of rebellion sprinkled on top.

As my client, you will always feel heard, understood, supported and importantly not judged.

Guilt is off the menu, for life.

“Thank you for enabling me to feel so comfortable, not judged or dismissed. ”
